Chào đầu bên kia, đây là bờ lốc của Toàn Hà. Tôi là một kỹ sư công nghệ thông tin. Hiện nay, tôi đang làm công việc Kỹ sư Bảo mật tại Katalon - một công ty cung cấp các giải pháp kiểm thử phần mềm tự động có trụ sở tại Việt Nam. Hôm nay, tôi bắt đầu viết blog này nhằm mục đích lưu giữ những khoảnh khắc trong cuộc sống, chia sẻ nhận thức, kiến thức và trải nghiệm. English below

Welcome to Toan's blog. I am working in the technology field, as a security engineer at Katalon - a platform for automation testing with a Vietnam headquarter. Today, I start sharing on this blog to save the moments in this beautiful life, spread the knowledge, and experiment.

Past 10 Years

2012 — A boy started his university life in Hanoi, Vietnam

  • Got his first mobile phone (Nokia)

  • Created his first Facebook account

2013 — Moved to Ho Chi Minh City, continued university life

  • Started using GitHub to manage code

2014 — First success in the cybersecurity learning journey

  • Began using YouTube for self-learning

  • Formed a team and won a prize in a CTF (Capture The Flag) contest

  • Taught others about computer networks

2015 — Stay in Loop: Eat - Sleep - Hack - Repeat

  • Runner-up at the 'Student with Information Security' South Regional Prequalifications

2016 — Got my first job at a hosting provider company

  • The first time turned my skills into real business value and income

  • Achieved CCNA certification

2017 - 2019 — Graduated from university, met a great mentor

  • Got my first smartphone (iPhone)

  • Took on a second job; first time walking inside a data center

  • Met a mentor who led me into system and application security

  • First on-site project for multiple banking clients

  • Achieved OSCP certification

2020 — Left my job behind and started backpacking

  • Completed my first over-1,000 km motorbike tour

  • Completed the Mekong Delta loop on my motorbike

  • Conquered Fansipan peak (3.147 m) via Tram Ton route

  • Trekked Ba Den mountain 986 m

2021 - 2023 — Started a new challenging job, Survived and Overcame the COVID-19 pandemic

  • Trekked Gia Lao mountain 837 m

  • Trekked Ky Quan San mountain 3.046 m

  • COVID-19 arrived - relocated to Quang Binh and worked remotely for 6 months

  • Achieved my first AWS certification

  • Received 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine ✅✅

  • Trekked Dinh mountain 504 m

  • Got my car driver’s license

  • Owned my first car and completed a ~2,400 km road trip

  • Achieved my first CREST certification

2024 — Hiked higher, traveled wider, and kept learning

  • Trekked Pu Si Lung mountain 3.083 m

  • First time traveling abroad, visited Malaysia

  • Joined a car electrical and electronics repair class

2025 — To continue writing in the coming days

  • First 3,000m pool swim

  • First 2,000m open water swim combining freestyle and breaststroke

  • A lot of exciting things are coming...
